Juicers are so useful for anyone who wants to lead a healthy lifestyle. In fact, juicers are essential tools when you have kids.

My kids hate vegetables. It is so hard to get them to eat their carrots and green vegetables.

On the other hand, kids love sweet drinks. They will happily down a glass of fruit juice.

Now, if your kids wouldn't eat their carrots, get them to drink their carrots instead.

Of course, remember to mix the carrots well with lots of fruit.

Here is one of our favourite juicing recipes. Juice 1 raw carrot (washed and peeled), 2 red apples, 2 green apples and 3 oranges, process them in your juicer, mix the juice very well and chill the juice. Then serve the juice to your kids.

Your kids would happily drink their carrots. You could even slip a celery in as well. If they don't eat their veggies, get them to drink their veggies instead.
